Contractual Specialist

This is a challenging role where you will support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, working closely with our legal team and senior business leaders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and edit contractual documentation for strategic projects in the Americas region.
  • Coordinate client tender documentation, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate internal contract, tender, and policy documents, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Provide advice and guidance on contract generation and process improvements, supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative environments.
  • Identify opportunities for business process enhancements, implementing changes that drive efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, but we welcome applications from graduate students or technologists with relevant qualifications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, contract governance, and the contract lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and precision are essential in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
