Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contracts, contract governance, and the contract lifecycle.

  • Create, prepare, review, and edit contractual documentation relating to business in the Americas.
  • Coordinating, completing, compiling, and uploading client tender documentation to external portals.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized internal contract, tender, and policy documents.
  • Provide advice and support to various teams on contract generation and process improvements.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and devise plans to implement these changes.
  • Communicate and present information to stakeholders regarding contracts and process improvements.
  • Ensure generation and analysis of accurate contract and project management information consistent with reporting requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree level or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle.
  • Strong team player with the ability to support colleagues and share knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritize tasks between multiple stakeholders.
  • Exemplary problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common programs such as Microsoft Office.
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience working within a legal, contract management, or project management department.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Fluent in English.
