Job Opportunity: Legal Contract Specialist

Michael Page is seeking a skilled and experienced legal contract specialist to join their team. As a key member of the legal department, you will play a critical role in negotiating, reviewing, and drafting complex business contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and review commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Draft and finalize contracts, including license agreements, settlements, and non-disclosure agreements;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and adherence to organizational policies;
  • Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Assess commercial risks associated with contracts;
  • Provide guidance on contractual matters to other departments and teams;
  • Perform legal research and analysis to support contract negotiations and disputes;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting contract management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in contract management or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulations;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to analyze complex contract data and provide insights;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams;
  • Ability to communicate complex contract information to non-legal professionals.
