Job Title: Contract Management Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contracts between us and our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and manage contracts between our company and partners, coordinating with legal teams to optimize standard contract templates.
- Execute the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, qualification screening, due diligence, and record-keeping, while building and maintaining a robust database with complete and up-to-date documentation.
- Enforce compliance policies, educate partners on related requirements, and assist with routine audits on contracts and riders.
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
