Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled contract specialist to manage contracts between local partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to localize and optimize standard contract templates.
  • Track contract performance, identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust database of partner information.
  • Support the development of SOPs and digital systems for contract management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract management, partner onboarding or compliance.
  • Prior experience in logistics or food delivery is a strong plus.

This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience in documentation systems and workflow tools is essential.
