About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contract Operations Lead in LATAM, you will be responsible for managing contractual work across complex organizations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

You will advise on legal issues, anticipate questions from legal, procurement, and finance teams, and review and analyze multiple agreements, including statements of work (SOWs).

Your experience will help us develop new ways of working and improve internal contract workflows and processes.

This role requires fluency in English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish, as you will communicate verbally and draft/executed contracts in these three languages.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with Marketers on the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and advising teams on procedures and contract-related practices.
  • Partner with legal teams to steer agreements through the legal process from start to completion on behalf of the Marketer.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and directives from legal counsel.
  • Advise internal teams on various policies, procedures, approaches, and best practices related to their contracts.
  • Work cross-functionally with compliance, finance, and other departments to ensure obligations and requirements of Marketing agreements are fully understood and met, with the organization remaining in compliance with all its obligations and requirements.
  • Partner with legal to develop/improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time.
