Job Description

Negotiate Clinical Site Contracts and Develop Budget Templates:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and negotiating clinical site contracts and budget templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop contract language, payment language, and budget templates as required.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clinical sites.
  • Collaborate with study teams to ensure efficient business development and trial initiation.
  • Contribute to the collection and dissemination of accurate contracting intelligence.
  • Ensure overall contracting efficiency and adherence to project timelines and financial goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in clinical site contracting, including global and/or regional experience as a contract negotiator.

Skills:

  • Strong legal, financial, and technical writing skills.
  • Good negotiating and communication skills.
  • Ability to challenge and negotiate effectively.
