As a senior contract specialist, you will oversee the review, drafting and/or redlining of agreements within a business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review commercial terms in accordance with agreement playbooks and attorney guidance
  • Manage high volume legal reviews of contracts for all sizes with minimal supervision and meet expected turnaround times
  • Develop knowledge of business lines and service offerings through agreement review and preparation
  • Communicate concerns to stakeholders and business representatives
  • Leverage business expertise to identify solutions to client concerns while aligning to business objectives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • 3-5 years drafting/reviewing/redlining/negotiating agreements preferably within a corporate legal department or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Fluent English skill
  • Comfort and experience with legal terminology
  • Strong project management expertise combined with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

A strong analytical mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients is crucial.
