Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert advice on contract law, risk analysis, and litigation support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Elaborating, revising, and negotiating contracts, including due diligence and opinion letters;
- Analyzing risks and developing mitigation strategies;
- Providing legal advice to our commercial team on healthcare contracts, public procurement, B2B, and B2C;
- Managing real estate contracts;
- Supporting our company's routine activities, drafting corporate documents, statutes, proxies, meeting minutes, etc.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Law with active OAB license;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract law;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Fluent English (mandatory);
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen skills;
- Possession of a post-graduate degree in the field will be an asset.
