We're seeking an exceptional Data Scientist/Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to drive significant impact worldwide and collaborate with the world's Top 1% of tech talent.

In this role, you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. You'll be responsible for:

  • Interviewing other Data Scientists and Data Engineers to assess their technical abilities.
  • Inputting data from those interviews into the product and developing predictive, fair, and enjoyable solutions.
  • Collaborating with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build applications.
  • Improving existing structures by adding new functionalities or proposing technological updates.
  • Enhancing user experience on scalable and high-availability platforms.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a developer.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer.
  • Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality.
  • Advanced English language skills.
