Lead Front-End Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop front-end architectures that integrate AI-driven workflows with design system components.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to drive engineering excellence within the team.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system by aligning front-end innovations with the broader product ecosystem.
  • Prototype and experiment with AI-powered interactions, delivering proof-of-concepts, pilots, and minimum viable products that validate new human-AI interaction patterns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing front-end architectures.
  • Expertise in web standards, accessibility, and framework-agnostic architectures.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
