About the role:
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and ensuring operational excellence.
- Analyze and formulate expansion plans, addressing key supply-side issues and collaborating with relevant teams.
- Conduct in-depth market research to establish a comprehensive understanding of the local market, enabling the business to assess current restaurant supply and identify opportunities.
- Address other supply-side challenges, conduct targeted thematic analysis, and provide data-driven strategy support for business decision-making.
Key requirements:
- Solid work experience in business analysis; prior experience in supply-side analysis and research is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and excellent research abilities, with the capability to deconstruct complex issues and conduct quantitative and qualitative verification.
- Quick learning ability, intellectual curiosity, and self-motivation are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration to drive projects forward.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on assignments in other countries.
