About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at LatamCent. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will focus on engaging with prospects, understanding their procurement and invoicing needs, and demonstrating how ProcureDesk can streamline their processes with our software.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their procurement challenges and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of ProcureDesk.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • 1+ year of SaaS Sales Experience as an AE presenting SaaS Demos.
  • 1+ year of experience selling into the USA market.
  • 1+ year in selling into Small and Medium Sized Businesses [Fast deal Cycle].
  • C2+ English Level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $2500-$3000 per month, plus commission. This translates to an estimated annual OTE of $60,000-$67,000. Other benefits include:
