Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

This role focuses on developing and maintaining a strategy to source raw materials globally. A Category Excellence Team will be managed to ensure a competitive and cost-effective limited portfolio across all manufacturing plants, in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Excellent procurement experience is required in responsible products, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • A recognized expert in the area of responsibility must have product depth and contacts in key supply markets.
  • Strong knowledge of business practices, financial concepts, and procurement best practices is necessary.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing methodologies for global sourcing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with global procurement policies is also desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Over 10 years of experience, with more than 7 years in similar roles;
  • Certifications such as CPSM or SPSM are preferred.
