At our organization, we're dedicated to building high-performing teams. As a Recruiting Sourcer, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates across various roles.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source passive candidates through online channels, professional networks, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines across priority roles and functions.
- Engage candidates with compelling outreach that reflects our brand values.
You'll manage accurate records in our ATS and sourcing tools. Additionally, you'll contribute to talent mapping, market research, and diversity sourcing initiatives.
We're Looking for:- 1+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in headhunting or RPO models.
- A proven ability to find and engage passive talent for a variety of roles.
- Strong communication and writing skills, particularly in outreach and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms is an asset.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
