Job Summary:
- We are seeking a seasoned IT Sourcing Specialist to lead our strategic sourcing activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving value through supplier relationship management, negotiation, and strategy development.
Responsibilities include overseeing the sourcing process, working closely with Vendor Management Office, negotiating contracts, and driving business solutions to leaders.
In addition, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to multi-functional stakeholder teams and lead a team of sourcing professionals to achieve objectives.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience/knowledge, and significant experience managing teams and demonstrating ability to lead large scale organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute strategies for the specific Category including market analysis, negotiation process, supplier selection, and contract creation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals to achieve objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies to achieve the best contractual conditions.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Drive value through supplier relationship management.
- Business Solutions: Present business solutions to leaders in functional area.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your understanding of industry trends to inform decision-making and develop expertise within function.
