Job Role

We are seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing activities for our Americas market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and market insights, and sharing best practices.

This role involves activating and managing the supplier selection process, negotiating favorable terms and conditions, and facilitating supplier onboarding. Ongoing strategic supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and issue resolution are also key responsibilities. The specialist will work closely with globally designated partners to achieve these objectives.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT products and services in a geographical cluster. This includes supporting the rollout of global standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and promoting contract governance and controls.

Additionally, the IT Procurement Specialist will collaborate with the Global Procurement IT team to develop global sourcing strategies and their implementation. They will also be responsible for driving Global IT Procurement KPIs in the cluster and reporting on their progress.
