Strategic Sourcing Specialist

You will be part of a team that drives our transformation journey towards excellence in procurement. Your role will focus on developing and executing category strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and execution of category strategies;
- Lead strategic sourcing processes, participating in global initiatives, and securing delivery of efficiency and innovation targets;
- Be a reference for contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement programs;
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align expectations and build solid partnerships;
- Leverage market insights, data analytics, and internal knowledge to design best-in-class sourcing strategies;
- Implement and roll out the outcomes of initiatives;
- Stimulate areas on innovation and sustainability initiatives;
- Manage relations with main suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines (MBA is a plus);
- Solid experience in Strategic Procurement, with a proven track record in complex negotiations and category management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels;
- Analytical mindset with logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Good familiarity with commercial contract law;
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Experience with methodologies such as TCO, cost breakdown, spend analysis, and cost drivers.
