  • Extensive experience in talent sourcing, preferably supporting senior or specialized roles within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Exceptional skills in market analysis and research, enabling you to identify and engage high-caliber talent across Brazil and Latin America.
  • Strong understanding of the local talent landscape, industry trends, and talent pools for specialized roles.
  • Excellent research, sourcing, and data analysis skills—expert in talent mapping tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing strategic insights and influencing decision-makers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
