Brazil Finance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our finance function in Brazil and lead a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and optimize financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve excellence in financial management.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and Portuguese)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
