Business Analyst Role Overview

This role requires a professional with strong business acumen to integrate into client teams, conduct analysis, and develop solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Advanced English language skills required.
  • Possession of a four-year college degree is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working on Scrum teams.
  • Proficiency with system modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools or frameworks.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
