Business Development Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead and grow a high-performing sourcing team within assigned accounts and industry verticals, working directly with account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
They will drive results through sourcing program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guidelines, and meeting account-level KPIs and goals.
This role requires strong leadership competencies, including recruiting, developing, rotating, and retaining top sourcing talent, as well as creating high-performing integrated sourcing teams committed to delivering sustainable operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services, along with people management experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services
- People management experience
- Bachelor's Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
- MBA, a plus
- CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer
