Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive partnership growth and expand our network of clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development, able to identify opportunities and convert them into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partner locations annually to increase system revenue
- Develop and execute business development strategies to target building owners, franchise operators, and competitors
- Establish market visibility through B2B connections and generate leads in the field
- Source partners for rapid network growth by converting existing buildings or securing new ones
- Negotiate and close deals, working closely with the legal team to finalize contracts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales and/or B2B business development experience (min. 3-5 years)
- Ability to quickly find and convert deals with tenacity and dedication
- Demonstrable experience in sourcing and closing multiple significant deals (£250k+)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present compelling narratives to various audiences
- Strong business and financial acumen
