As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering product expertise and technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales with product demonstrations, application development, client training, and feedback collection.
  • Manage assigned product line to meet sales targets within the territory.
  • Assist in client process analysis and generate application trials to optimize product design.
  • Provide proactive technical support and resolve implementation issues in the field.
  • Support quality department in handling complaints through troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Analyze data on product performance and client feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Report on competitors' products and market feedback to management.
  • Provide product training to internal teams and conduct external workshops and seminars.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or related life sciences; PhD preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with fluorescence microscopy, HPLC, ELISA; SPR and Flow Cytometry are desirable.
  • Knowledge of life science applications and research topics.
  • Experience with laboratory processes and equipment, cell culture, and molecule characterization.
  • Strong learning ability and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including USA eligibility.
