The BioAnalytic Field Application Specialist will be responsible for providing product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support throughout the customer's process.
The role involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise and market knowledge to ensure successful product design, validation, and implementation.
Responsibilities include supporting sales with product demonstrations, application development, customer training, and feedback collection.
Grow with us - Your Responsibilities & Tasks:
Support sales with product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies, including new product testing and demonstrations.
Manage the assigned product line to meet sales targets within the territory.
Assist in customer process analysis and generate application trials to optimize product design.
Provide proactive technical support and resolve implementation issues in the field.
Support quality department in handling complaints through troubleshooting and analysis.
Analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to inform product improvements.
Report on competitors' products and market feedback to management.
Provide product training to internal teams and conduct external workshops and seminars.
Conduct trials and demos, prepare reports, and collaborate on trial scope and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the sales team to support strategies and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or related life sciences; PhD preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
Experience with fluorescence microscopy, HPLC, ELISA; SPR and Flow Cytometry are desirable.
Knowledge of life science applications and research topics.
Experience with laboratory processes and equipment, cell culture, and molecule characterization.
Strong learning ability and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including USA travel eligibility.
Reside in ABC Paulista or within one hour commute.
What we offer:
Working Conditions: CLT for indefinite period.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with 1-hour break.
