Field Technical Support Specialist

As a field application specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales target achievement in your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving implementation problems proactively.
You will work closely with the quality department to identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will conduct trials and demos to achieve intended results and create trial reports to product management and sales teams.
A successful candidate for this position should have a strong academic background in biological engineering, biotechnology, or other life sciences related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is desirable. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, with fluency in Spanish being highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in fluorescence microscopy, HPLC, and ELISA. Familiarity with laboratory processes and equipment is essential, as is the ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or other life sciences related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proven experience in fluorescence microscopy, HPLC, and ELISA
- Familiarity with laboratory processes and equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CLT contract for an indefinite period
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour break
