
Technical Support Specialist

As a critical member of our global customer support team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical assistance and resolving complex issues related to our services, systems, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and prioritize technical support queues, including email, phone, chat, and ticket requests.
- Provide expert-level support, escalating complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
- Collaborate with Information Technology teams to ensure prompt and courteous support to business users.
- Contribute to the development of processes and tools necessary for executing end-user technical support mission.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT.
- Proven expertise in hands-on support and infrastructure administration tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technical support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote support applications.
- Advanced knowledge of current personal computer technologies and hardware capabilities.
- Technical understanding and awareness of issues affecting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and connectivity.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
