As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless technical operations.

The team is responsible for providing 24x7x365 support for end-user requests or issues with services, systems, and platforms essential for business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and prioritize support queues to ensure prompt and courteous support to business users of IT-supported applications, devices, and technology.
  2. Provide first and second-level support, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  3. Collaborate with Information Technology teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to diagnose and/or resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Able to understand technical manuals, software specifications, and hardware operations principles.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL. Experience with cloud computing platforms and services, virtualization technologies, and mobile device management are highly desirable.
