The Application Specialist II will be responsible for:_
- Ensure that Agfa consistently provides products, solutions and services that satisfy customer expectations, perform predictably in a safe and effective manner and are fully compliant with the expectations of our stakeholders and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Communicates and collaborates over key compliance-related activities and best practices including: delivering reports and directives, planning resource allocation, sharing risk mitigation methods, coordinating compliance efforts, etc.
- Facilitates quality improvement and the measurement of business performance against annually established goals.
- Ensures Agfa operates in a manner that safeguards the health and safety of our employees, customers and other stakeholders and minimizes the environmental impact of our products and activities.
- Implements best practices and lessons learned from within and outside the organization.
- To be successful in this position you will need:_
- Qualification as Offset Technical Specialist (Bachelor or equivalent).
- Intermediate level in written and spoken English.
- Excellent and profound technical and practical knowledge of CTPs, Plates processor, Color Management, ISO procedures, Press Room Chemistries, Sales strategies and Knowledge in field of Flexography
- Excellent and profound technical and practical knowledge of the interrelationship between the other consumables used in offset printing, theirs results and controls.
- Technical sales skills and business sense.
- _Ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and teamwork_
