Senior Java Application Support Specialist

The Senior Java application support engineer will be part of a global team responsible for delivering high-quality support and maintenance services for critical Java-based business applications worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Utilize ServiceNow to track and resolve application incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify root causes of high-priority and recurring issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance to meet established benchmarks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business teams, developers, product managers, and QA specialists, to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise with team members and stakeholders to align expectations and improve overall support quality.
- Enhancements: Design and develop interfaces between ERP systems and legacy platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system processes, tools, and support procedures, including automation of manual tasks.
