Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Application Specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in application maintenance and support, with expertise in Unix and SQL.
The successful candidate will provide support for the resolution of Level 2 issues, assist with code fixes and thorough testing, and work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively provide support for the resolution of Level 2 issues with detailed analysis
- Assist in code fixes and thorough testing where required
- Work on supporting product servers and clients on leading-edge platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery
- Focus on enhancing the performance of applications
- Collaborate effectively with other team members
- Provide technical feedback and support to development teams
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis of issues in production, and implement corrective actions
