We are seeking a highly skilled HSE professional to join our team in Rio de Janeiro or Macaé.

Job Description:

The role of the HSE Technician is to support the development of Risk Assessment and Loss Prevention Engineering studies, with a focus on fire propagation and smoke dispersion study, gas dispersion study, and explosion study performed with CFD tools.

The successful candidate will carry out technical analyses and studies for Loss Prevention and Risk Assessment, including QRAs, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, HSE Cases, and Process Safety Audits, utilizing main software packages for consequence and reliability assessment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced engineers.
  • Prepare project deliverables, including technical reports, project performance documentation, and engineering drawings.
Qualifications:
  • Technical degree in HSE completed.
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proven knowledge of GEXCON FLACS is an advantage.
  • Expertise in dropped object and vessel collision studies is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Petrobras is an advantage.
