Job Title: Senior HSE Professional

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead our client's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality initiatives. This is a challenging role for a seasoned professional who can drive improvement in our organization.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: To manage and maintain the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards;
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigations, promote proactive HSEQ culture through awareness campaigns and training sessions, ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation and applicable offshore standards;
  • Priorities: Support proposal development and tenders with technical input related to HSEQ, coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans across operational sites, engage with teams to continuously improve HSEQ performance;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering required, active registration with CREA mandatory;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HSEQ roles within offshore or related industrial sectors, Lead Auditor certification in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001, or 45001);
  • Advanced English language skills, strong knowledge of Brazilian HSEQ regulations and offshore industry standards, familiarity with IOGP standards;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
