Job Title: Workday Absence & Business Process Specialist

A strategic role within our global HR Technology team is available for a highly skilled Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Business Process consultant.

This position involves supporting a wide range of HR technology initiatives with a strong focus on Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Business Process configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong focus on Absence, Time Tracking, and Business Process configuration.

They will also have proven ability to lead or support Workday implementations, rollouts, or cross-country projects, and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the Workday Absence and Time Tracking project rollout in countries currently tracking absence outside of Workday.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and other key stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into system design, and implement solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules including Absence, Time Tracking (smaller population), and Business Processes.
