About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team at Altair Engineering. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our Engineering and Data Analytics/AI software and services to various industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Energy, Finance, Health, and Technology.
  • Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure success and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Communicate directly with clients and build trusting relationships to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Generate leads and nurture relationships through targeted marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Manage and update our company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Organize marketing events, both in-person and virtual, to engage with clients and promote our brand.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and ability to submit a resume in English.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Highly creative abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills, including data collection, processing, and interpretation.
  • Well-organized and excellent planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of Agile project management platforms (e.g., Wrike, Asana).
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Science.
