Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities within the warehouse.

You will be responsible for assisting the logistics team in preparing sales orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

• Prepare Sales Orders: You will prepare sales orders by considering monitor configuration, labeling, certification documentation preparation, and packaging accommodation.
• Manage Inventory: You will maintain accurate inventory records, including receipt and inspection of stock, and ensure the correct movement of inventory between warehouses and customers.
• Coordinate Shipping: You will coordinate shipping of sales orders, checking sales orders with a checklist during shipping, contacting carriers and drivers, and following up with customers regarding daily dispatches.
• Record Information: You will record information into control spreadsheets, generate inventory count reports, and conduct monthly periodic counts of stored product inventories as an internal control measure.
• Support Finance and Management Control: You will support the Finance and/or Management Control areas in conducting the Annual Inventory or in external audits.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of inventory management systems, experience with Excel and other software applications, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
