This is an excellent opportunity to be a key member of our team, responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives and management. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to our leadership team. This role will involve a range of tasks, including:
- Travel arrangements and logistics
- Management of internal policies and procedures for flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Coordination of meetings and events
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Document control and organization
- Reimbursement and payment processing
- Supporting the executive team with daily operations
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior executives and managers
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related field
- Desirable: postgraduate degree
- Fluent English and intermediate Spanish
- Ability to create reports in Portuguese and English
- Flexibility to work in Campinas/SP region
