  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the initial point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Control access to the manager's office.
  • Utilize standard office software to perform basic formatting on letters, reports and memoranda.
  • Enter data into company systems and review information for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain appointment calendars and reserve meeting rooms.
  • Receive visitors and assist with requests for information.
  • FOLLOW established procedures to ensure work is carried out to quality standards and adhere to regulatory codes.
  • Organize work schedule in line with changing priorities.
  • Develop and maintain procedural or technical skills through training and coaching.
