This role will involve providing hands-on support to engineers in the design, development, and testing of new products and processes.

Responsibilities: \

  • Technical Support: Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of new products and processes, providing hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle.\
  • Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests and experiments, gather data, and analyze results to assess product performance and reliability.\
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory and production equipment, ensuring all tools and instruments are in optimal working condition.\
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, results, and engineering modifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.\
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve product design and manufacturing processes.\
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution and compliance with specifications.\\-

Requirements: \

  • Associate's degree in engineering technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.\
  • Experience in engineering support or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or advanced materials environment.\
  • Strong technical skills with experience in product testing, data analysis, and equipment maintenance.\
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD software, data analysis software).\
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\\-
