Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of analysts to assist in preparing tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other tax filings.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns.
- Support the finance team in tax audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Maintain tax records and documentation in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Research and stay updated on tax regulations and requirements in the USA.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and assist in implementing tax strategies to optimize tax liability for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax compliance in business operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls related to tax processes.
- Provide tax support and guidance to other teams within the organization.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or CPA.
- 4+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the US.
- Experience working with external tax advisors and handling tax audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tax projects.
- Ability to manage an accounting team.
- US GAAP and audits experience.
