Atendimento ao cliente oferecendo os produtos exclusivamente da empresa. Prospecção e agendamento de visitas com clientes na central de vendas/decorados. Elaboração de propostas comerciais dentro do escopo e condições estabelecidos pela empresa. Participação do processo de negociação com o cliente até a concretização final da venda, conforme diretrizes repassadas pela gerência regional e comercial.
Responsabilidades e atribuições:
- Atuar na negociação com os clientes, efetuando propostas comerciais de imóveis prontos e lançamentos.
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando
- Experiência em vendas
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por escala aos fins de semana e feriados
