Job Summary

Trivium Packaging is a global leader in metal packaging with a strong commitment to sustainability. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage production indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rates, complaints, safety, and setup times.
  2. Oversee plant performance through daily meetings, ensuring compliance with action plans and continuous improvement projects.
  3. Lead people management, including electronic time clock management, vacation planning, hiring, and performance evaluation.
  4. Collaborate with the Production Control Planning (PCP) team to plan production schedules.
  5. Work closely with the Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams to synchronize goals, sales quantities, and delivery times.
  6. Manage costs, including overtime, turnover, and consumption of critical items.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  8. Analyze and evaluate the economic aspects of the production process to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  9. Develop procedures for maintaining the factory's appearance, including cleaning, painting, and conservation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent or advanced English language skills.
