The Opportunity

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, receiving and processing information, registering new employees, excluding dismissed employees, analyzing data, reporting, communicating with local teams, and making billing adjustments.

  • You have intermediate knowledge in Excel (mandatory);

  • Intermediate Spanish is a plus;
  • Intermediate English is a plus;
