Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to strengthen our commitment to maintaining accurate financial operations.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entries assigned with high accuracy
  • Reconcile bank balances with the ERP system
  • Manage supplier invoice registration efficiently
  • Resolve account payable issues or queries promptly
  • Document multi-currency financial transactions by entering account information into accounting software
  • Participate in audit and reporting requirements effectively
  • Perform other finance duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Professional experience of 1-3 years in a multinational Corporation/Accounting office
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player
