Strategic Affiliate Manager

This role involves leading the development and execution of an affiliate strategy to drive growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing affiliate programs and building strong relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage the overall performance of the affiliate program, including recruitment, activation, and retention of top affiliates.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with high-value affiliates and networks to expand the company's reach.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
  • Experience in recruiting, negotiating, and managing affiliate partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
