Scholarship Program Management
The role of the Senior Associate Director of Scholarships involves overseeing externally funded programs and directing administrative activities within the scholarship team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs scholarship administration, awarding, and operations for Enrollment Management.
- Provides direct and operational support for scholarship awarding for academic schools and departments.
- Assumes a lead role in developing and implementing scholarship policies and procedures.
- Works collaboratively with senior leadership and external partners to contribute to deliberations concerning priorities and best practices.
- Ensures that the campus presents a coordinated, integrated, and progressive business model.
Requirements:
- Masters degree required in a related field.
- 7 years of experience in accounting, student services, enrollment management, higher education student affairs, and financial aid.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office software.
About the Position:
This is an on-campus position requiring excellent leadership and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial aid and scholarships, as well as experience working with students, faculty, and staff.
