Job Title: Executive Director of Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid is seeking an innovative and collaborative leader to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the department. The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful administration of all financial aid and scholarship programs, including institutional, federal, state, local, and private sources.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial aid strategies to support enrollment, retention, and net tuition revenue goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring accurate and efficient financial aid processing and customer service
  • Collaborate closely with Enrollment Management and Student Success teams, colleges/schools, and administrative units to ensure seamless coordination of student billing, outside scholarship and third-party payments, aid disbursement, and student services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in financial aid or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations and policies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
