Strategic Business Operations Lead

The role of a Strategic Business Operations Lead is to drive strategic alignment, oversee key initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure business development operations run with discipline and clarity. This position combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with executive leadership to accelerate growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and Project Management: Organize and run critical business development programs, special projects, and transformation initiatives end-to-end.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review and synthesize regular reports and dashboards on pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, client engagement, and operational metrics.
  • Strategic Planning and Goal Management: Lead quarterly, semi-annual, and annual planning processes, including goal setting, KPI development, and alignment sessions with regional and functional leaders.
  • Operational Cadence and Communication: Establish and maintain a regular operating rhythm, including leadership team meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategic check-ins.
  • Leadership Support and Scheduling: Manage the EVP's calendar for key events, executive engagements, and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, SDR, Marketing, or similar role supporting senior leadership in a complex organization.
  • Comfort level with financial and performance data analysis.
  • Experience in business development, sales operations, or strategic project delivery within the technology or professional services sector (Highly Desirable).
  • Advanced level of English.
