Production Assembler Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling custom door units, including doubles, patios, cut-downs, with transoms and/or special hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble semi-custom single door units using kitted frame parts and prepped doors.
  • Prepare material for assembly using exact measurements.
  • Operate various saws to cut material.
  • Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly.
  • Use power tools for special door prep.
  • Apply special hardware, such as Bommer hinges, spring pivot hinges, multi-point locks, and panic hardware.

This is an entry-level full-time position in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have experience with specialized carpentry tools, hand tools, pneumatic staple guns, and electric tools.

Requirements:
  • Ability to read tape measure.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
