Job Title: Global Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Global Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders within our supply chain, ensuring the smooth movement of goods from origin to destination. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and trace all import shipments from origin to destination.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery and minimize lead times.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the global trade team, to resolve daily issues and improve operating costs.
  • Provide visibility on shipment status to all areas of the company.
  • Support customer service teams in activities related to order processing, invoicing, and reverse logistics.
  • Create and provide reports to support operations and management decisions.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in global trade or a similar field.
  • Intermediate to advanced level English language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and work with sales and marketing stakeholders.
